Deliverables are the client's marketing plan (as conceived and produced by them). Our role is facilitative. We want to produce better managers and owner operators.
Planning/Management Cycle: To implement requires a game plan. We will train our clients to produce a business plan that will strategically focus them and provide opportunities for financing (from both debt and equity sources). We provide analytical tools to build on those acquired in our marketing module. These include:

We will also train in financial analysis of in-house reports (Balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Successful budgeting as a process will be examined and processes to implement it will be discussed. The deliverable here is a viable business plan.

Services Provided: AIS (accounting information systems)
Needs assessment: Analysis of the current information system. Recommendations are provided regarding accounting and supportive software and hardware configurations targeted for the way the client conducts business.
Installation/Setup: Both software and hardware are installed. Customized documentation is provided when necessary. Initial data is also entered to allow the system to be up and running.
Training: This will focus on three issues, the user interface, accounting and information theory and application, and responsibilities.
Human Resources Management: Training is provided to assess and institute hiring systems, training systems and wage/benefit packages. Other issues dealing with HRM are addressed as strategic services.
Operations: Issues regarding plant, equipment, inventory and scheduling are addressed here from an implementation viewpoint.
